Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms, especially the bathroom. the mini refrigerator, iron with ironing board, and climate control were nice touches. - the hotel's location is fantastic, just off Elephant & Castle station, close to bus stops, shops, and restaurants.

The location of the hotel was particularly good and marvellous - within easy walking distance of a cantilevered observation wheel. Was set in 20 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were nice and really kind. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a safe box, an iron with ironing board, and a TV inside the room.

The rooms were air conditioned and had free Wi-Fi. the staff was incredibly nice all day. - Southwark tube station being just 10 minutes away was a plus. - I had really good days staying at this budget hotel.

i had air conditioned, neat room with private bathroom, drinks and tv. i had an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

It made my trip to London a very good experience. Throughout the day staff were superfriendly and very pleasant. This hotel had a central position to a ghetto. The lunch in Paladar extremely close to the property had every choice imaginable.

The hotel is in an excellent location near local amenities and central London, close to the Elephant & Castle tube station. Our quadruple room had a comfortable bed and WiFi.

Equipment is good. TV, hair dryer, refrigerator. Adapter for them socket also available. . There is a small supermarket nearby.

We were in London for 5 days, had excellent stay, the hotel was clean with peaceful and incredible location to almost everything you want to discover.

The dirt in the room. Nothing for sensitive people. Window could not be closed.

Hotel with friendly staff and in good location (Southbank University and River Thames are within walking distance). The rooms are small and simply furnished but well kept and clean. Breakfast is served in a very nice cafe one street away.

Loved the quadruple room setup with its own private bathroom – it really made a difference! 🌟

The shower didn't work the first day. The room facing a loud street is loud. Very good WiFi.

There was still long black hair everywhere in the room, as well as a ball of hair in the towel. The staff there was very helpful when it came to printing out tickets.
